Terms & Conditions
The Contract of Hire shall be between the Hirer and the Property owners between the dates stated on the booking form only, from 4 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure.
Upon receipt of your enquiry by email or telephone, Kasinga will be provisionally booked for a period of seven days, if no booking form and ‘good housekeeping deposit’ is received within this period, then the provisional booking will be cancelled (a longer period will be given for overseas bookings). The person who signs the booking form will be responsible for ensuring that the conditions of let are adhered to. Bookings for persons or groups under 21 years of age cannot be accepted.
Good Housekeeping Deposit:
All bookings are accepted on the condition that the property is left in the same state of repair, order and cleanliness both inside and outside as at the start of your holiday. A good housekeeping deposit of £200 is payable on booking and will be refunded if your booking is cancelled or within 7 days of conclusion of your holiday provided there are no breakages, damage or additional cleaning required. All or part of this deposit may be retained at the discretion of the owner if the above applies. All breakages should be reported to the owners and minor damage should be noted in writing at the termination of the stay.
Full payment is due at least 6 weeks prior to your holiday. Short breaks must be paid for in full when booking along with your ‘good housekeeping deposit’. Payment may be made by BACS, PayPal or Cheque.
Bookings made within 6 weeks of your holiday date must be paid for in full on booking along with your ‘good housekeeping deposit’.
Late Cancellation and Insurance:
If the booking is cancelled within 6 weeks of the start of the holiday all payments already made will be forfeited, with the exception of the ‘good housekeeping deposit’ which will be refunded. We therefore advise guests to arrange cancellation insurance with the insurer of your choice.
In the event that the property is not available through events arising out of the control of the owner, or because of the sale of the property, then they may be forced to cancel the booking. The hirer will be advised of any such circumstances as early as possible, and will be refunded all monies paid in full with the Hirer having no further claim against the owner.
The maximum number of occupants is 10 and extra persons cannot be accommodated. Only the people listed on the booking form may occupy the premises.

Motor Vehicles and Personal Belongings:
Baggage and personal belongings are at the Hirer’s risk at all times, and no responsibility can be accepted for loss of or damage to these or any vehicle or its contents.
Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable holiday; however, if you have any cause for complaint during your stay please contact the owners immediately by telephone or email so that any problems can be speedily resolved. The owners cannot subsequently consider any complaints or enter into any correspondence about them unless this procedure has been followed.
Data Protection and Privacy:
Information provided to the owner on Booking Forms or any other correspondence will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to a third party or used for any other purpose.
